TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • No refunds will be issued except for emergency circumstances consistent with natural disaster, poor internet and/or electricity outages exceeding 1 hour. If necessary, we may credit active and non-active members for future visits.
  • Membership upgrades can only be honored on the day of original purchase.
  • Only Mexican pesos; Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
  • Internet use is exclusive for paying members.
  • In person or pre-registration is required for use of the Digital Jungle coworking space.
  • We are not responsible for forgotten personal items.
  • Please be aware of your volume during meetings and respect the space of othercoworking members.
  • Registration is required for use of Zoom booths or Conference room. Please reserveonline or at the front desk.
  • Future reservations can be completed online or at the front desk. Full payment is required in advance to complete reservation.
  • Respect reservation and meeting times of other co working members. You may be charged for an additional hour if you exceed your reservation meeting time.
  • Use of coworking space services are exclusive to members and is non-transferable.
  • We are not responsible for damaged property. Please be careful.
  • Shipping address is provided for Amapola and Noni members only. We charge $150pesos per package for other coworking members.
  • Packages that are not picked up within 72 hours of its arrival, will be charged $50 pesosper day or $200 pesos a week.
    We are a pet friendly coworking space. Pets must be on a leash and they are yourresponsibility.
  • Our hours of operation are 7am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday.
  • Please dress appropriately for our coworking space. Shirts are required.
  • Digital Jungle is a non-smoking facility.
